Well Grrr-oomed!

It’s great to know that your wedding preparations are
finally complete. The venue is booked, the wedding cars are yours for the day,
the dress fits perfectly and all of your guests have confirmed that they can’t
wait to share in your happy day. All except one. Unfortunately, your most loyal
friend can’t make it. Why? Your dog is part of your family, so why not let them
take part in your wedding day?

Having your beloved pet involved in your ceremony or
reception may take a little careful planning, but it’s definitely worth that
extra effort and there are even grooming companies offering tailor-made wedding
day packages which allow your pet to share at least part of your special day.

Grooming companies will collect your dog, give him (or her)
a walk before the ceremony, as well as a wedding day makeover, and ensure your
pampered pooch is at the church in time to appear on the photos, or even carry
the rings down the aisle (with the vicar’s approval, of course).

Your dog could then stay with you for the rest of the day,
or the handler could take care of him until bedtime, which may even involve a
luxury night away in a top grooming salon.

You can even have your furry friend kitted out for the day,
complete with their own special clothes – such as waistcoats, tuxedos, ties,
dresses or bandanas with personalised messages – to complement your wedding
theme.

So, instead of sending your four-legged friend to the
boarding kennels for the duration, why not take the opportunity of letting them
participate in the happiest day of your life?

Don’t forget to let your guests know that your pet will be at the wedding though, just in case of allergies, and remember to make sure that your wedding venue allows pets too!
