How to Pay

Please contact us on 07742609136 or sales@littlewhitebooks.co.uk to request an invoice or booking form. Ways to pay are outlined on your invoice and these include: bank transfer, cheque payment, PayPal, credit card online (using PayPal as our SSP) and credit card over the phone. We recommend PayPal as the safest method of payment, and opening a PayPal account is simple, just follow this link www.paypal.co.uk

Your Rights to Refund

In accordance with the Consumer Protections (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, payments made by credit card are subject to a seven-working day 'Cooling-Off' period. This begins from the day you make your initial payment.

Payments for the Little White Books magazine are EXEMPT from this directive and so no refund will be given upon publication of the magazine under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

We require a £75 deposit payment to confirm your booking within seven working days of date of invoice. In the event of cancellation we regret that deposit payments can not be refunded, with the exception of the credit card seven-working day 'Cooling-Off' period (see above).

Delivery Information - Magazine
