Dave from Stonebakers hand built an authentic ‘Pompeii’ style wood fired oven at home in 2011, where his freshly made pizzas were a huge hit with family and friends – so much so that immediately following a pizza party with Dave, Matt from Stonebakers purchased a wood fired oven in September 2013 and has been perfecting the authentic taste of Neapolitan-style pizzas ever since.
