How does an On the Day Coordinator work?
After you have booked your venue, caterers, and entertainment etc, about a month before, we will have a meeting over a coffee and have a chat about your plans.
The Coordinator, will liaise with the venue, artistes and caterers s to introduce herself and make sure all plans and timings are planned and correct.
The coordinator will be on site to meet artists, DJ, caterer etc and be there for wedding set up.
We will arrive the morning of your wedding / event, and make sure everything is in place and all artists have turned up on time.
We will iron out any problems that may arise On your day, whilst all you have to worry about is how enjoy your wedding / event.
As your guests arrive, we will be there in the eventually of any minor problems, and we will deal with them whilst you enjoy the aspect of getting married.
Our Coordinator is your ” right hand person ” for 10 hours from the morning through to the evening.
